Here’s the story, of an award winning home builder, who were three creative, crazy and super fun guys. They were on their 10th Home Show house and wanted to do something different, so they started to dream and draw up some designs. Then one day they got an idea, to build a mid-century ranch with a mid-level twist. Keep the Master suite on the main for the owners and super vault the great room and kitchen. They even turned a flat log into a daylight walkout and put the best martini bar and theater/gaming area in Waukee. It’s a fun, new floor plan, that’f far from ordinary that comes in lots of different shapes and sizes. And that’s how we came up with The Brady Plan.
