Creating curb appeal is incredibly important when trying to sell your home. It’s the FIRST thing potential buyers see when they arrive at your house! Why not make a good first impression with these helpful tips:

1. House numbers should be easy to read.
2. Eaves, and down spouts in good repair.
3. Garage/car port clean and tidy.
4. Litter picked up.
5. Cracked or broken window panes replaced.
6. Doorbell and door hardware in good repair.
7. Touch up trim paint on doors, window frames, fascia, etc.
8. Mow, edge and weed lawn frequently until home is sold.
9. Trim shrubs and plant low-cost flowers and other ground cover.
10. Mulch or rock as needed.
11. Inspect roof, siding and fence for necessary repairs.
12. Wash all windows inside and out.
